Job: Accounts Assistant

Indexing and processing of suppliers invoices, PO invoices and Direct Entry invoices.
Verify and ensure expense claims by employees are in accordance to Company’s HR and T&E policies.
Prepare quarterly reconciliation to statement of accounts for key suppliers.
Raising rebilling forms for various customers’ agreements such as Vistex settlements, payment of Agent Commission and recharging of BA Salaries.
Perform monthly Inter-company account reconciliation/confirmation.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
Assist Snr. Finance Manager/Business Managers in posting accruals journals.
Monthly journals.
HRG invoices against Amex Statement.
Inter-company AP/AR account confirmation.
Employee Vendor Maintenance Forms.
Payment run paid invoices and claims.
Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Accountant/Accounting & Reporting Manager.
Working location: Clarke Quay
Working hours: Monday-Friday (8.30am-5.45pm)

Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Highly adaptable person who is able to perform a variety of tasks and change assignments quickly on short notice.
Proficient in Excel, MS Word & Outlook.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and self-motivated.
Initiative, able to work independently under tight deadlines.
