Job: Admin, Receptionist & Duty Administrator

Receptionist:
Coordinate the stationery, consumables purchases for the whole office including toners for the copiers.
Prepare the necessary Purchase requisite order.
Locks up main entrance door, check and ensure all lights & aircon are turned off before leaving every day.

Administration:
Monitor training inbox for training inquiries
Enter delegate details – from Training Course Registration Form or e-Booking Form (from website) sent by client
Admin monitors and chases for payments before course commences (essential)

Duty Administrator:
The DA is responsible for giving quality administrative support to the DM and the response team as highlighted above.
Attend daily meetings, take minutes and type up.
Save meeting minutes in the relevant spill folder.
Collate incident documentation – weather reports, vessel reports, shipping reports; gather this information and clearly display on boards for the incident room to view
Keep updated list – reflect accommodation, local mobile numbers, sites being worked on, date of arrival / departure, visa information (duration of stay)

Requirements:
Min O Level holder with at least 5 years admin experience.
Speaks fluent and professional English
Strong time management, project management skills
Able to start work asap.
