Responsibilities:
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the different industry; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new client.
Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Maintains sales figures by keeping current with changing trends and competitors.
Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Work with various department to ensure the sales team is aligned with other departments to achieve company goals, which include collaboration with the other departments

Requirements:
Min Degree in Business Management
5 years of prior management experience or demonstrates willingness and ability to learn management basics
Strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
Have a never say die attutide
Positive and enthusiastic
Proven sales track record
