Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries by phone or email
- Provide accurate information about services, policies and products.
- Obtain and process information required to serve customers and resolve issues.
- Investigate customers’ complaints and arrange for refunds, exchange or credit when appropriate.
- Route calls to appropriate resources
Requirements:
- At least 1 year customer service working experience.
- Patient and good listening skills.
- Able to work in a call centre environment.
- Ability to converse with Mandarin and dialect speaking customers.
- Opportunity to convert t permanent role.
Salary: 1,500 - 1,800 ( 6 month contract )
