Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation of the Frontline Team
Conduct training for Frontline Team when necessary.
Conduct regular performance reviews with staff
Conduct regular coaching and monitoring of transactions
Handle first level escalations effectively and per established protocol.

Requirements:
Minimum diploma/degree qualifications
7-10 years of experience in customer service function from the insurance industry
Passionate in servicing
Possess strong leadership qualities
