Position 1 : Corporate Secretarial Manager (Town) – 5working days

 

1) Job responsibilities :

 

  • Handle a portfolio of clients
  • Handle Corporate Secretarial matters, drafting and preparation of resolutions and minutes
  • Providing legal and corporate secretarial services to the Clients
  • Organizing board and shareholders’ meeting and preparation of board papers
  • Maintaining and updating of statutory records and clients database
  • Providing the necessary corporate information to the Clients

 

 

Position 2 : Senior Trust & Corporate Officer (Trust) – Orchard – 5 working days

 

2) Job responsibilities :

 

  •  Handle a portfolio of clients incorporated in Singapore and other jurisdictions and provide corporate secretarial services.
  • Handle Corporate Secretarial matters, drafting and preparation of resolutions and minutes
  • Filing with ACRA on the changes
  • New trust business acceptance / due diligence procedures for Singapore and offshore companies
  • New Trust and corporate bank account applications
  • Terminations, liquidations and winding up of existing Trust and corporate structures.
  • Liaising with Accounts department to ensure that financial statements are completed in a timely basis for trusts and companies under administration.
  • Maintenance of trust and corporate records and internal files
  • Acting as the Corporate Secretary for client companies
  • Liaising with the Compliance Officer on the annual client review process and attending to any deficiencies as raised during the review

 

Job requirements :

 

  • Degree holder and Associate member of ICSA/Diploma holder in Para-Legal studies/related field
  • Candidates who are currently pursuing ICSA may apply
  • Working experience in a Corporate Secretarial or Law firm will be an advantage
  • Conversant with the Companies’ Act and requirements, SGX rules and regulation
  • Initiative & independent,  excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and analytical skills, organizational skills to achieve corporate objectives
