- Provide sales and admin support to the sales team
- Issue PO/quotation/invoices, attend to phone enquiries
- Provide sales support to customer on problem and issues arising from the sales orders
- Coordinate and correspond with customers on sales agreement, etc
- Maintain and updating of pricing database for internal department
- Follow up on shipment / delivery schedules, handle import and export transaction and other shipping documents)
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping/forwarding agencies, bank and insurance companies
- Ensure proper record filing and documentation and sales reporting
- Recommend procedures for inventory control and minimize obsolescence stock
- Assist in system improvement and up-keeping of all departmental records
- Preparation of sales, inventory reports
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’/A’ level/Diploma in any disciplinewith 1 – 2 years of sales and admin coordination experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, Independent and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel
- Able to start work ASAP
