Job: E-commerce Executive

Take responsibility for managing segmentation and analysis of customer database
Provide weekly reports on campaign performance including engagement, revenue generation etc.
Develop business plans and sales strategies. Create defined customer sets and identifying the appropriate campaigns (online & offline) to grow revenues and increase sales and ensuring Company’s online sales goals and profitability
Experience in creating quarterly tailored surveys and implement customer satisfactory strategies
Identify and follow up of online sales enquiries as well as opportunities
Administrative duties including handling all customer-related engagement in relation to delivery or product issues, special orders, online sales invoices and complaints etc.
Provide good support to customers for building and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
Launch and manage E-Commerce website and mobile apps
Working closely with HQ on updates of website inclusive of new products and events
Process invoices and raise appropriate consultation reports in relation to digital activity
Management of all issues pertaining to Digital Marketing E-Commerce
Plan and manage Search Engine Marketing for website and Brand Key

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce/Online Consumer Goods, FMCG or Retail Industry
Familiarity and ease in managing data and multiple reporting platforms using MS Excel and Google Analytics
Fast learner and passion for online sales
