Responsibilities:

• Creates preliminary drawings with compete dimensional data for engineering or manufacturing purposes and reviews for accuracy, completeness and conformance to drafting, applicable design, component weights and system standards.
• Creates final drawings and performs mid-level drafting check.
• Prepares and processes Engineering Change Notices according to procedure.
• Modifies existing drawings and modifies required DBI (Data Base Information) documentation.
• Prepare basic, but varied CAD detail and assembly drawings from sketches, mark-up prints and other reference materials under the direction of Engineers or supervisor.
• May prepare time estimates for review before assigned work is initiated.
• Learns to calculate dimensional tolerance requirements to ensure proper assembly fit according to design requirements defined by Engineers.
• Learns to prepare CAD assembly drawings to verify adequate assembly fit and function.
• Performs administrative and related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma – Mechanical / Production Engineering. Technical trade school training or equivalent experience in Mechanical drafting.
• 2 to 5 years related Drafting experience.
• Min 1 year of experience with Microstation or Unigraphics software are preferred.
• Min 2 years of experience with wellhead product lines preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing process preferred.
• Time management skills that require only moderate supervision.
• Skills include design, product knowledge, computer skills and time management skills.
• Demonstrade effective internal communication skills.
• Computer literate (Windows ;MS office; CAD softwares)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage new product launch
• Handle day to day project management and ensure timely implementation of tasks and actions
• Regular update of projects to ensure timely follow-up of key issues and requests, ensure key action are carried out to fulfill schedule requirements
• Provide order updates and ensure timely delivery of goods to the regional countries
• Interact and liaise between local and overseas sales offices and manage production line for Asia Market.
• Follow-up closely with internal department on orders taken and advice customers on their shipment / delivery status
• Co-ordination between inter-departments and suppliers for any open issues
• Optimize inventory through review, sales forecast and maintain healthy level of stock, phase out etc.,
• Create reports of management, keep update and follow up on the order status
• Provide sales support to the Product Manager, coordinate and correspond with suppliers and customers
• Review pricing strategies and conducted profit margin analysis to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business and Management Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in project/product management, sales management/production planning & forecast  (Home appliances experience) will be an added advantage
• Proactive and independent, excellent customer services
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate across different functions and region
• Possess excellent communication and networking skills

Responsibilities:

• Check, verify and collate time-keeping data’s to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years time-keeping experience in construction / shipyard & marine.
