Job: Executive Secretary

Responsibilities:
Generating and consolidation of reports
Follow-up on all meeting matters, email/ letter correspondences and reports
Filing/ Record-keeping systems
Maintaining of Human Resource Software (upload of new employees data and documents)
Schedule, organize and coordinate meetings
Maintain schedules and calendars, arrange and confirm appointments
Taking of meeting minutes
Any ad-hoc duties being assigned

Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint (very important)
Proficient in English and Mandarin
Preferably works in insurance industry before (if no also ok)
Diploma and above
Must have an eye for detail, communication skill must be good
