Responsibilities:

• Involved in ASP.Net, MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL Development
• Reporting to the Project Lead and support the Technical Team in the execution of projects
• Performing end to end software development life-cycle (SDLC) activities, from initial user business requirement, translate into technical specification and development plan for coding, testing/debugging, Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Test (UAT), system administration and user manual documentation, system training to post developed software product maintenance, upgrading, enhancement, new functionality integration
• Effectively translate business and technical software application requirements (whether web based application, web service, client/server, standard alone, mobile) into commercialized product deliverables to satisfy project requirements
• Ensure proper managing of the entire software development life cycle to ensure on time, on cost, on quality delivery
• Through understanding of the business user and technical requirements, development technologies, project and operation constraints for carry out the service
• Knowledge of what, how, where, when, who, whom from the user, to effectively address those via the software product features, work-flow, logic and functionality
• Proactively follow company guidelines for SLA (Service Level Agreement) to deliver the product / services
• Coordinate project and delivery schedules to ensure that SLA is met
• Proactively follow up on internal outstanding issues

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in systems development life cycle
• Degree in Business Computing, Computer Science or Information Technology or Equivalent
• Solid development experience using CSS, Java Script, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, ASP.NET C# 3.5 / 4.0, ASP.Net MVC 3.0 and SQL Server 2005 / 2008
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Comfortable in interaction with all working levels of users
• Experience in handling Financial Applications
• Experience in handling the full SDLCs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic team
