Job Summary
To define and create countries’ retail design and merchandising strategy in order to implement the brand image and identity in stores, to reinforce brand visibility and in line with international guidelines. To design, developing and take charge of the visual merchandising of all stores and its merchandise. Propose creative strategies to promote merchandise through creation and adaptation of attractive visual displays – i.e. in the windows, on counters and sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt brand spatial concept to local distribution constraints.
- Implement the merchandising solutions to answer local marketing needs
- Ensure brand’s image is maintained at a consistent level of excellence within guidelines set forth by International team
- Manage the overall project timeline to meet the business plan
- On-site inspection (factory visit / site visit) and management with trade and contractors to ensure qualitative installation
- Responsible for overall counter maintenance with well structured communication and response system
- Follow up of budget
- Design visual display or translate and execute the designs created by International
- Reinforce retail excitement in counters and boutiques with impactful launch staging-Create and maintain merchandise presentation geared to attract customers and encourage sales.
- Monitor the performance of projects taking into account quality, budget and time management.
- Ensuring that the individual brand’s style and image is projected and brought to the attention of customers.
- Responsible for building a portfolio for all counter (per project per brand) and monthly report of competitor activities.
- Liaise with internal departments involved, suppliers and store buyers to coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation.

Requirements:
- Good Design fundamental with strong creative/artistic flair
- Extremely good attention to details and well organized
- Good time management and able to meet tight timeline
- Show strong problem solving abilities.
- Independent with ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Good operational skills and well organized
- A good team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of graphic software: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- 3-5 years related retail design and visual merchandising experience, preferably with MNC luxury brand
