Location/ Working Hrs/ Salary Range:                                   

East/ 5 Days Work Week/ $5,000-6,000 (Negotiable according to experience & qualifications)               

Job Responsibilities:

  • Championing the deployment of the Operational Excellence Program that drives the achievement of the primary objectives of the Company
  • Responsible for assessing, designing, deploying and interpreting performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, Lean Capability assessment, and compliance assessment
  • Assisting the operating units with selection, implementation and verification of measures to achieve their KPIs and support as well as spearhead Lean Six Sigma projects tracking
  • Engages with various levels of Senior Management in the Operational Excellence (Lean Six Sigma) program
  • Provides recommended actions and mentoring the various section heads to promote integration of Lean Six Sigma into their day-to-day operations with the appropriate level of drive related to, project reviews, data driven decisions, project prioritization, and project management
  • Proactively develops and maintains a macro knowledge of trends and best practices to ensure optimal performance and results
  • Champions change initiatives; identifies the best approach for implementing strategic processes in view of cultural and diversity
  • Acts as a catalyst for innovation in the HQ; generates effective problems solving solutions to enhance business opportunities, while maximizing existing resources
  • Provides training, mentoring and support to Sponsors, Black Belts, Green Belts, and Lean/Kaizen Leaders during implementation of actions to improve the Lean Capability Roadmap scores of the organization
  • Implement cost savings measures for the betterment of the organisation as a whole
  • Influence and process skills to help internal/external customers and stakeholders

 Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering or Quality related field is preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of Lean Six Sigma hands-on experience
  • Familiar with implementing, coaching, mentoring and performance improvement coupled with Lean Principles, Project Management and DMAIC
  • Must have in-depth Lean and Quality experience as well as customer satisfaction systems and processes hands-on knowledge
  • Certification as a Black Belt, Lean Master, Green Belt is AMUST
  • Sound experience with developing and implementing quality data collection and reporting procedures
  • Strong team player spirit with the tenacity to be driven in a dynamic in a multi-ethnic environment
  • Experience and exposure to QMS (ISO 9000) is advantageous
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) across all various levels of the organisation
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence both internal & external customers to resolve issues
