Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage new product launch
- Handle day to day project management and ensure timely implementation of tasks and actions
- Regular update of projects to ensure timely follow-up of key issues and requests, ensure key action are carried out to fulfill schedule requirements
- Provide order updates and ensure timely delivery of goods to the regional countries
- Interact and liaise between local and overseas sales offices and manage production line for Asia Market.
- Follow-up closely with internal department on orders taken and advice customers on their shipment / delivery status
- Co-ordination between inter-departments and suppliers for any open issues
- Optimize inventory through review, sales forecast and maintain healthy level of stock, phase out etc.,
- Create reports of management, keep update and follow up on the order status
- Provide sales support to the Product Manager, coordinate and correspond with suppliers and customers
- Review pricing strategies and conducted profit margin analysis to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business and Management Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in project/product management, sales management/production planning & forecast (Home appliances experience) will be an added advantage
- Proactive and independent, excellent customer services
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate across different functions and region
- Possess excellent communication and networking skills
