Our client, an MNC is seeking dynamic and highly independent Market Research Manager to join their esteem organization.
Reporting to the Market Research Director, the Market Research Manager is responsible for day to day operations of the Market Research function to ensure that projects are completed accurately, in time and offer consumer insights that contribute to the company’s business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage projects efficiently and effectively in order to obtain accurate and timely results for consumer understanding
- Receive briefing, set up and manage projects and liaising with the different departments
- Brief and manage research supplier to ensure smooth running and completion of fieldwork
- Conduct quality control checks as per guideline
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of data and preparation of report/ charts
- Analyse data to draw meaningful and action oriented insights to enrich global/regional consumer understanding
- Support the team’s vision and work with team to develop innovative research methods and protocols to meet business objectives
- Communicate and interact actively with other team members in the region as much as possible
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantitative Research from Research agencies.
- Strong technical writing and communications skills
- Able to work independently

- Able to effectively multi task and manage competing priorities under pressure, co-ordinates and leverages resources and processes.
