Job: Project Executive

Analyze brands’ marketing documents for all programs (brands’ seasonal calendar / marketing brief).
Ensure all aspects of all projects are captured upfront including budget and on-counter dates for all types of distribution.
Manage merchandising offerings via company/ brands’ marketing website platform.
Conduct regular meetings with all stakeholders, identify opportunities, undertake continuous adjustments in a persuasive manner, and, as needed, proactively highlight issues and risks to Senior Management.
Produce recurrent status reports, track progress, and review project tasks to ensure certain deadlines are met appropriately.
Handle change requests, shipment delays and unexpected events.
Provide education regarding operational/ supply chain implications and ramification and work closely with Visual Merchandising (VM) team to ensure timely allocation of programs.
Set detailed, realistic collateral timetables taking into account design approvals, competitive bids, development schedules and logistical imperatives for cost effective & timely execution at stores.
Provide performance feedback to the Team via post-mortem on key programs and drive corrective actions.
Work with IP in vendor selection and evaluation, contract negotiation, approval of quotations, production quality evaluation and cost management.
Ensure guidance on proper ordering process, and capture orders.
Communicate final orders to Indirect Procurement team.
Optimize work tools, process and communication on an on-going basis.
Coordinate process revisions as required for maintaining best practices.

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics preferred. Former training in Interior Design or Visual Merchandising is advantageous.
At least 5 years of similar working experience with SAP & Business co-ordination process knowledge is an advantage.
Demonstrate ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks & priorities in ever changing environment.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Basic understanding of MAC platform and Design Software (Illustrator, Acrobat).
