- Visit all customers & clients to promote company’s products and services. Be the main contact for company’s customers.

- Support internal sales & resolve any issues or queries: Product descriptions, delivery issues, shortages etc.
|
- Report monthly sales / pipeline activity.
|
- Deal with Sales, Rental and Refurb contracts in conjunction with Facility Manager. Review contracts and agents as necessary.
|
- Communication, Data base & IT support when required.
|
- Liaise with clients/agents/distributors and proactively represent the company.
|
- Develop country and customer account plans
|
- Compile monthly market intelligence reports ( competitor and customer trends )
|
- Provide improvement advise to senior management.
|
- Participate in continuous improvement & all Lean projects and initiatives where required
|
- Take an active part in any Trade Shows and seminars.
|
- Maintain accurate records on all visits keep Key Account data up to date.
|
- Follow up on significant enquiries and keep Syteline data base current with relevant information.
|
- Ensure personal compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures of the company
