Responsibilities:

Achieve sales and revenue targets
Manage and grow existing accounts and develop new business
Perform cold calls, lead generations, prospecting and pitching that will lead to sales closure and meet the monthly individual and group sales target

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, supported by a strong command of the English language
Independent self-starter, able to adapt to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Preferred with class 3 driving license and own vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Visit all customers & clients to promote company’s products and services. Be the main contact for company’s customers.
  • Support internal sales & resolve any issues or queries: Product descriptions, delivery issues, shortages etc.
  • Report monthly sales / pipeline activity.
  • Deal with Sales, Rental and Refurb contracts in conjunction with Facility Manager. Review contracts and agents as necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of sales order for local and export market
  • Filing of sales orders and invoices, ship confirmation for sales orders
  • Perform warehouse support/ inventory / value adjustment
  • Monitor and maintain product pricing
  • Issue Purchase order, matching of shipping documents, preparation of bill of lading, packing list and invoice for cargo clearance purpose, receiving of incoming goods, preparation of weekly and monthly statement of stock report
  • Checking of warehouse and freight forwarders invoice against distribution reports for accounts billing
  • Liaise with 3PL to ensure smooth deliveries to customers and all receipt of stocks are deliver  on time
  • Reviewing of pending shipments on a daily basis and to ensure that all shipment status are updated for weekly and monthly forecast report
  • Perform other duties assigned from time to time by the Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics Management / Business Administration / Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year in order processing and customer service
  • Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel (JD Edwards will be an added advantage)
  • Team player, meticulous &  analytical mind, independent, committed and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment (experience in warehouse / delivery operation)
  • Able to start work ASAP
