Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial, admin support to the sales team, including filing, management of database of pricing of products, preparation of presentation materials
- Assist in handling sales enquiries, preparation of quotation and tenders
- Raising of Purchase requisition, preparation of sample, warehouse transfer and close follow up order status
- Assist in organzing sales and marketing meetings/activities/event/programs
- Liaise with co-workers on their travel and insurance arrangement
- Collate information on sponsorship for submission for grant approval
- Verification and checking of expense claims for approval
- Key account person for documents control
- Manage Manager’s calendar and schedule appointment and meetings
- Handle travel and insurance arrangement, hotel bookings, visa application and preparing of expenses claims for the Manager and Sales team
- Prepare documents, reports and presentation materials for meeting, draft and follow up on minutes of meetings
- Manage office supplies and IT needs for the sales team
- Handle P&C information, maintain proper filing system and ensure security of records, correspondences and documents
- Assist in Day to Day Operation
- Other ad-hoc admin duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Admin
- Minimum 3 years’ of working experience in Secretarial, sales and marketing, customer services/admin support
- Possess good organization skills, initiatives and detail oriented
- Strong team player, independent with excellent verbal and written communication skills
