Requirement:

• Permanent requirement for an experienced CRM consultant specializing in the SAP CRM Suite. Join a global top 5 Market Leader in large scale project implementation work across different geographies. The candidate is required to possess at least 4-5 years of experience in SAP CRM either in a consulting/vendor environment or a business end-user role. SAP Certifications is an advantage and you are required to be well versed in the different SAP CRM modules like Sales, Mobile Sales, Marketing, Interaction Center and their integration with SAP ECC/ SAP Business Object analytical tools. Excellent communication and vendor managment skills are required for this role.

Responsibilities:
The potential candidate will be given opportunities to be groomed up to a Project Manager/Manager level, starting from managing external SAP vendors/consultants and forming a team to deliver project objectives. You will be involved in conducting blue printing, business requirements analysis, gathering and solution fit-gap recommendation. Devise project plans, scope of work and write proposal papers on ROI benefits. Manage team to complete assigned tasks and allocate resources accordingly. Involved in user acceptance testing and conduct end-user training. This position sits within the organization’s Business Unit and will have prime access to key busines users and application suite owners.
