Responsibilities:

• Provide residency services to the client and would have responsibility towards day to day operations. He/she will be resident at customer location and comply with the customer s office timings and code of conduct.
• Storage Allocation/Provisioning -The day-to-day provisioning, creating, expansion, migration and allocation of LUNs
• Storage Administration Storage configuration, data retention / protection and administratio
• Storage Reporting/Analysis Usage and performance and service delivery weekly / monthly / quarterly reports
• Call Management Register case with NetApp Support Center on the issue experienced at site.

Requirements:

• Skill set required: 4 – 5 years overall experience in IT industry Storage hands on experience (experience on NetApp storage preferable) Basics of servers, operating system, storage and networking
• Good in communications skills
