Responsibilities:

Global market leader with revenue in access of US$9 billion. The Team Leader for SAP CRM is responsible for project management of large scale global implementation of CRM systems from existing legacy applications. This position sits within the Business division and the candidate will support the application owners and users to maximize the company’s return on investment from IT systems & projects. This position has oversight of all IT services, systems, projects for the Sales & Marketing suite made up of SAP CRM, business analytics and internal customer liaision applications.

Key responsibilities include project management (scheduling, planning, budgetting and management of deadlines), solutioning (designing and deploying of CRM architecture, managing vendors and reviewing design work), Stakeholder & Cross-functional management (work and interface with teams across different regions and business units). Application projects typically will exceed US$500k in value and involve more than 20 members including vendors and business users.

 

Requirements:

  • At least a Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering
  • At least 5-7 years in SAP CRM with prior capacity as a team leader/ project lead
  • Very good understanding of CRM concepts, especially of Sales, Mobile Sales (Mobility), Marketing, Interaction Center topics
  • Good exposure to Business analytic tools for market report generation like Business Objects
  • Strong business leadership experience and minimum 3 implementation cycles
  • Strong vendor management experience, in aspects of technical design, delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and written skills
