Never in any single day does person not faced with problems that need to be resolved and decision need to be made. Every day we are required to solve many problems and make many decisions in our life and at work.

Not all problems are complex and not all decision are critical, so we tend to solve problem and make decision off-the-cuff. However, for more complex problem and critical decision, we have to be very sure of our results. To be effective and sure, we need structured approaches, appropriate tools and the right skillset.

 

Learning Objective

During this one-day course, participants will be introduced to concept, techniques, tools and skillsets to improve their problem solving and decision making outcomes.

They will be motivated to learn and apply the knowledge themselves and transfer the knowledge to their subordinates for them to use in their workplace.
