- Data Collection:
From devices enrolled in Intune, the company can always see:
- Device owner
- Device name
- Device serial number
- Device model, such as Google Pixel
- Device manufacturer, such as Microsoft
- Operating system and version, such as iOS 12.0.1
- Device IMEI
- Phone number
- App inventory and app names, such as Microsoft

- On personal devices, our organization can only see your managed app inventory, which includes work and school apps.
- On corporate-owned devices, our organization can see all apps installed on the device.
- On corporate-owned devices with a work profile, which is limited to Android devices, our organization can only see the apps installed in your work profile.
- What the Company Cannot See:
For clarity and to address concerns, the following are details the company does not have access to:
- Calling and web browsing history
- Email and text messages
- Contacts
- Calendar
- Passwords
- Pictures, including what’s in the photos app or camera roll
- Files
- Additionally, on corporate-owned Android devices with a work profile:
- Apps and data in your personal profile
- Data Usage:

- Data Sharing:
The data we collect is primarily for internal administrative use. We might share this data with other Microsoft services for enhanced functionality or with third-party vendors when necessary for device management. Any data sharing aims to improve the device’s security and functionality, and we ensure that third parties maintain our data protection standards.
