A12. HR Policies and Procedures Manual
The HR Policies Procedures Manual compiles all of the Company’s HR policies and procedures. With the manual, Company leaders are kept informed of your Company’s HR guidelines, and are therefore able to administer your Company’s policies in a fair and consistent manner across all departments and toward all employees.
The Manual will contain comprehensive write-ups of these items of A1 to A9 – nine sections. When you engage us in this service, we will guide you in identifying your best HR practices, and how to put them together in an easy-to-understand HR Policies and Procedures Manual which is the foundation for the construction of the Employee Handbook.
