A.13 HR Policies Employee Handbook

 

While the HR Policies and Procedures Manual is intended to be reference material for your Company’s leaders, the HR Policies Employee Handbook is meant to be distributed to your employees for their reference to your Company’s HR policies. In this way, both employees and Company leaders understand what they can expect, as well as what is expected of them. Not only does this ensure everyone has a shared understanding of the Company’s HR policies, it also assures your employees (Leaders + Workers) of your Company’s credibility and integrity towards them.
We would assist you in developing your HR Policies Employee Handbook from your HR Policies and Procedures Manual. You should then give each employee access to the Handbook so that everyone in your Company understands your HR policies.
