ONE of our core values at PrimeStaff is passion. Every organisation may say this but for us, passion is truly at the heart of our business. We are in the business of people; securing new job opportunities for candidates and helping companies with their human resource issues including finding and recruiting the right talent for their businesses, while providing good career opportunities for our own staff.

We could not successfully achieve this mission without passion running through the vein of our company. On the flipside, however, finding the right staff who are as passionate and with the right values is a challenge in itself. This challenge is not unique to us, as most employers in Singapore face it too.

We have managed to do this by first having the right culture in place; one that is performance-driven, yet with heart. We view both our clients and staff as partners and we always strive to create win-win relationships, and I believe this is what sets up apart and has enabled us to attract the right talent onboard, and for our clients.
