Which books have most inspired you as a business leader?

The book is premised on the fundamental question of “why” – Why are some people and businesses more innovative, more influential and more successful than others? Why do some leaders command greater loyalty from employees?

As an entrepreneur, I believe the question of “why” is even more critical – Why are we in business? What is the greater purpose we serve by choosing the business we are in? Focusing on the “why” creates a compelling and powerful mission where stakeholders including employees, customers and investors are more likely to buy into.
